Which Exchange versions are supported?

All Exchange versions are supported. Please note that we only care about the Exchange version if you are using the OWA module to deploy signatures to OWA.

Also note that you must follow the guidelines carefully in the OWA manual, and that most issues you face are due to permission challanges.

There are currently no known issues with eMailSignature for OWA.

The path you sent is different on my machine. It is HKCU\software\emailsignature\emailsignature. The office addon key does not exist. Where should this new key exist? emailsignature or emailsignature\emailsignature?

Can you please try to reimport a group which you are a member of and test this with one signature.

We also need to make sure that the whole dn is updated as well, and I am not sure this has happened correctly.

Yes, this KB has no influence on sign.exe, so this is not the case.

I assume you are running on Access, which is known for getting corrupt every now and then. There is nothing we can do about that exept from recommending that you move it all to SQL Server Express. Then you will not experience any disturbances or issues at all. We recommend only Access if you are 50 users or less.

You can run sign.exe in debug mode by setting the key "ShowDebug" in HKCU\Software\Office add-on\eMailSignature to "1". If is does not exist, please create it as a reg_sz. Then a debug message will show up.

There is always an explanation when somebody say "it is not working". Please post the log here.

Cockpit says that we have 156 users out of 200. Not sure what you mean by emailsignatures will not just stop working unless somebody is messing around. Periodically with nobody "messing around" our database stops working and needs to be compacted all the time. I know this is unrelated but just an example of how things do stop working working with no one "messing around"

In the original post i stated that the only change was that we ran an out of band security update and gave you the KB number in the post. Have you tried replicating this in your lab?

Please instruct me on what logs you may need or anything else. Like i said previously all windows 7 machines had been working now none will work at all. Sign.exe just exits out with no errors. Is there away to run sign in debugging mode?
